Maturation: in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats

Ageing: between 4 and 8 years

Serving temperature: between 14 and 16°C

 

Our ruby-red coloured Red Sancerre releases a powerful nose of red fruits (Morello cherries). Light and aromatic, this Red Sancerre will accompany deli meats in general, but also other meats, as well as cheeses, and it will be the perfect accompaniment for all courses of a meal.

Cuvée ROMAIN is a 2011 vintage which is aged in oak barrels.

Its tannins make for a balanced wine.

Pleasant to drink, it gives you an aftertaste with a spicy note.

This Red Sancerre will go excellently with your red meat and game.
