Our Pouilly-Fumé is a dry and fruity wine when drunk young; its vivacity and freshness make it a generous, pleasant wine.
Our Pouilly-Fumé will be the perfect accompaniment for freshwater fish in sauce such as pike-perch in a beurre blanc sauce or scallops, but also creamed sweetbreads, not to forget a traditional board of goats cheeses.
